AICCSA 2009 Registration

Conference registration includes conference sessions, workshops, one Tutorial, conference proceedings on a CD, 3 lunches and banquet. We are unable to send proceedings to anyone who registers, but does not attend the conference.

Authors must register by March 2, 2009 (HARD) for their papers to be published in the proceedings and in the program and this is non-refundable. One registration covers up to 2 papers on any type. Extra papers beyond the 2 papers/registration are charged $200 each. Extra pages beyond the 8 page limit/paper are charged a rate of $100 per page with a maximum of 2 extra pages beyond the 8 pages limit per paper. Note that all authors must pay the full registration price for the conference.

CANCELLATION POLICY.

All requests for cancellations must be in writing. No refund will be made after April 10, 2009. There will be a US$200.00 service charge on all refunds.

Visa Letters Policy.

Invitation letters for attendees who need visas are only issued if the attendee presents an accepted paper and has paid the registration fee or has registered in the conference and paid the due registration fee. Please arrange for obtaining visas early.
