Objectives

The II Workshop is held with the aim of meeting the many gaps and lines of research on diversity, gender, corporate governance and accounting, which were highlighted in the I Workshop held two years ago in Carmona, as well as opening a new space for the presentation and discussion of work on these topics.

Topics to be discussed are broad and multidisciplinary. However, this time we have tried to put a special emphasis on the treatment of Diversity from the CSR. For this reason, we have invited people who are specialists in these issues and related to the world of business.

Interested persons are invited to submit full research papers for presentation and discussion (English or Spanish) before ~~October 15th~~ October 22th, 2010.
