Next we show a list a hotels with a special agreement with our university. Fares are 64,27 euros per individual rooms and night and (around) 85 euros per double room and night. To book a room in any of these hotels you must send an email to our travel agency telling them you are a participant of our conference. First we give the name of those hotels which we recommend due their proximity to the Math Building or their easy public transport connection with it:

  • Hotel Pasarela (4*): Next to Parque de María Luisa and Plaza de España is located very close to Downtown and at about 25 minutes walking from the Math Building across the beautiful Parque de María Luisa.
  • Hotel Meliá Sevilla (4*): Next to Hotel Pasarela. From their web page: "The Meliá Sevilla Hotel is the largest Congress and Convention Centre in the heart of Seville, in front of Maria Luisa Park and the Plaza de España, in the new commercial centre of the city, 2 km. away from the Santa Justa Station (AVE) and only 9 km. from the airport. It is a great complex where to relax and enjoy a top level service and luxury comforts. It is totally renovated, modern in style and its rooms are all external."
  • Silken Al-Andalus Palace(4*): (It seems that this Hotel no longer applies the agreement with our University. Fares for an individual room is now 75 euros VAT included.) A quite luxury hotel which is just about 15 minute walk from the Math Building. Easy public transport to downtown. From their web page: "This modern, well-lit hotel, fully renewed in 2006, comes up like an oasis in the orange-blossom city, among the gardens of Heliopolis district and near Maria Luisa Park and its main square (Plaza de España). With its 623 rooms, Silken Al-Andalus Palace Hotel stands out for its spacious facilities, radiating light and freshness, inviting the guest to enjoy its more than 15,000 m² garden areas, take a relaxing bath in its unique swimming-pool, rest in its large rooms with free connection to the Internet or taste a glass of wine in its piano-bar while listening to live music."
  • Hotel Derby (3*): This hotel is located right at the heart of the historical city and shopping neighborhood. You will need to transfer from MetroBus to Bus no. 34 to get to the Math Building if you decide to stay in this hotel (shouldn't be that bad!).
Some other hotels for which the agreement with our university also applies, all of them are very recomendable although connection to the Math Building may be a bit harder than with the above hotels:
  • Monte Triana (3*): This hotel is located at the very charming neighborhood of Triana.
  • Hotel America (3*): This hotel is located at an easy walking distance to Hotel Derby.
  • Hesperida Sevilla (4*): A very comfortable hotel. From their web page: "One of Seville's classics, located close to one of the city’s main shopping areas and 5 minutes from the beautiful historic centre of the Andalusian capital. The hotel is also close to the AVE (high-speed) train station and 15 minutes from the San Pablo International airport, the Trade Center and all main access roads."
Finally, remember that for booking your room in any of these hotels you do not need to contact them directly but our travel agency (preferably by email) telling them that you are a participant in our conference and your preferences:
