GUIDELINES

  • Please note that, for each paper/demo, at least one author must be registered for the conference by May 23rd, 2018. If none of the authors is registered by this date, the contribution will be removed from the conference proceedings and programme.
  • Registration fees can be paid via wire transfer (early registration) or in cash on site (registration after May 23rd).
  • To qualify for the student rate, a copy of a valid student ID is required

RATES
Early registration until May 23rd, 2018: 85€ (50€ students)
After May 23rd, 2018: 100€

GRANTS
The organisers of INFLA are offering a limited number of registration fee waivers for potential participants with limited financial resources. The grants will be awarded based on the degree of financial need and potential contribution to the events. Priority will be given to applicants who have submitted a paper or demo. An application form will be available here shortly. To apply for a grant, please send an email to infla2018@cofla-project.com  attaching a document certifying the status of student.

The payment will be made by bank transfer. The concept of the bank transfer must clearly contain the following data:
