REGISTRATION
The REGISTRATION FORM must be filled in and sent by e-mail to jmguerra@us.es before 15 April 2010. If you have the intention to participate with a poster or oral presentation, abstracts should also be included in the registration form (an example of an abstract including the instructions is included in the form). (Please do not forget to indicate if the abstract corresponds with a poster or oral presentations). Abstracts will be revised by the Scientific Committee and authors will be informed about the acceptance/rejection of their contributions. After this, to validate the inscription it is necessary to formalize the payment before 30 June 2010. Bank transfer of the registration fee should be done to the following count:

Due to a contribution from the Amphipod Newsletter (Wim Vader), it is possible to apply for financial support (especially students) covering the Registration Fee. If you are interested send an e-mail with details and reasons of your application before 28 February 2010 to jmguerra@us.es.The Scientific Committee will decide about the support.

Registration fee will include participation, registration materials, get-together reception of “Spanish tapas” on 13th, official reception on 14th, excursion on 16th and congress dinner on 17th.
According to the Spanish data protection legislation (Ley Orgánica 15/1999 13 December) all data included in the registration form will be exclusively used for the registration to the Symposium.
