Proposals should be submitted to the CAIP Steering Committee through one of the chairs of CAIP2011. All requests should contain the following information:

• Date and location
• Expected number of participants
• Tentative program
• Publisher of proceedings
• Names of the organizing committee
• Review of full papers is a requirement for CAIP
• Expected conference management system
• Expected sponsors of the conference
• Declaration that the registration fees will not be increased for authors of multiple papers to be presented at the conference
• Expected Budget
