HOW TO REACH EL PUERTO DE SANTA MARÍA
BY PLANE
The
closest airport is XRY (Jerez de la Frontera Airport), only just 12 kms away.
Several airlines, including large and
low-cost ones, flight there from some European airports.
A taxi from Jerez Airport to the meeting place must cost you around of 30€.
There is also a Metropolitan Bus service making this connection provided
by the coach company "Transportes Generales Comes"; namely Línea M-051 (click therein to check timetables). A single way ticket is less than 2€.
Also, some other bigger airports are not very far away; for instance, those of Seville (115km) and
Malaga (240km).
BY TRAIN OR COACH Both El Puerto's train and bus stations are next to each other and very close to the city centre. For information about train fares, timetables and reservations see

There is also a cheap coach service from Madrid (less than 40€) ;click here
for booking.
In order to get to the meeting place from there, both taxi facilities and Local
Bus Line L3
provide regular services on the spot (0,85€ for a single ticket).
BY CAR Several major highways (motorways) lead to El Puerto de Santa María; namely, A-4 (E-5) from Madrid and Seville; A-381 & A-7 (E-15) from Málaga.

CLIMATE
El Puerto de Santa Marí, since its coastal placement, enjoys
pleasant weather conditions all over the year, with
a rather stable temperature which in average it's of 18°C (64°F).

Shops
are generally open from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 20:30, Mondays
through Saturdays. Department stores and malls usually open from 10:00 to 22:00
and do not close for lunch. BANKS

open from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 14:00. Most of the main Spanish banks has local branches at the
centre of El Puerto. Also, cash machines (ATMs) are quite easy to find there.
