Registration options
In order to fit most of the participants needs, we have available several registration options:
- Minimal registration: includes coffee breaks, welcome reception and touristic visits.
- Full package: includes lunches, coffee breaks and welcome reception, touristic visits, Conference Dinner and 5 nights lodging in Hotel Bécquer in HB regime.
- Shared package: same as the Full Package but being the room shared with another participant.
- Lodging in Hotel Bécquer, lunches and the Conference Dinner can be added to your minimal registration separately.
For the accompanying person there are also several options:
- Minimal registration: includes the welcome reception and touristic visits.
- Full package: includes lunches, welcome reception, touristic visits, Conference Dinner and 5 nights lodging in the same room as the participant.
- As the conference participants, lunches and Conference Dinner can be added to the minimal registration.
Please include your choice in the registration form.
Important notice: After May 20, we cannot ensure room availability in the hotel where the Conference is hosted and the lodgings prices might change in case that rooms had to be booked in another hotel.
