Registration procedure

We strongly recommend to follow these steps for the Conference registration:

  1. Submit the abstract of your talk filling the form included at the bottom of the current page. The deadline for abstract submission is April 30. After this date, abstract would only be accepted if there still were available slots for talks. Only one abstract per participant is acceptable.
  2. Once the abstract is received by the organizers, you will receive an email confirming the acceptance of your contribution and indicating the registration fee. The contribution can be either a 20 minutes talk or a poster.
  3. Once your contribution have been accepted, the payment must be made by bank transfer to the following account number. After May 20 we cannot ensure room availability in the conference hotel.

    It is very important to specify the concept "LENCOS 2012 Conference. Code 185" and not to forget to quote your name, so that your payment can be identified when received.

  5. The payment justification must be send by email. You will receive an email confirming the reception of the justification.

Cancellation policy

Payment will be totally refunded (except for bank fees) for cancellations completed before May 20, 2012.

Between May 20 and July 1, only the minimal registration can be refunded.

After July 1, we cannot ensure the refund.
