Registration
In the following, you can study the SPLC 2017 registration periods, fees and contents.
Author Registration
At least one author of each accepted paper must register. The author registration deadline corresponds to the early bird registration period. If registration is not received within the aforementioned deadline, the paper will not appear in the proceedings. No-shows will also prompt removing paper(s) from the proceedings.
When registering, the authors must enter the ID of his/her paper. The ID corresponds with the number assigned in easychair. For any problems, please contact us at splc2017@us.es.
Registration Periods
Early Bird: until July 10, 2017 (AoE)
Regular: July 11, 2017, (AoE) – September 22, 2017 (AoE)
Late / On-site: During the conference
Registration Types
SPLC 2017 is a combination of different events:
- Two workshop, doctoral symposium and tutorial days on Monday, September 25 and Tuesday, September 26
- The main conference running from Wednesday, September 27 to Friday, September 29
Please note that in the registration system you will have to choose between the following options:
Option 1 & 2: Workshop/Doctoral Symposium/Tutorial 1 Day Pass
This option allows to register for one of the workshop, doctoral symposium and tutorial days (Option1: Monday or Option 2: Tuesday). Please wait with your registration until the event you plan to attend is confirmed on the SPLC 2017 website, as no refunds can be made without cancellation fees. At the current stage workshops can still be cancelled or merged with other workshops.
Option 3: Workshop/Doctoral Symposium/Tutorial 2 Day Pass
This option allows to register for both of the workshop, doctoral symposium and tutorial days (Monday and Tuesday). Please wait with your registration until the event you plan to attend is confirmed on the SPLC 2017 website, as no refunds can be made without cancellation fees. At the current stage workshops can still be cancelled or merged with other workshops.
Option 4: Main Conference (Wednesday to Friday)
This option allows to register for the main conference.
Option 5: All included: Main Conference + 2 Workshops/Doctoral Symposium/Tutorial days
This option allows to register for the main conference and all the events in the 2 previous days.

Registration Discounts
Option 4 – Option 5
We provide a limited amount of grants covering the registration fees for students (applicable to registration options 4-5). Students will have to provide proof of their status by mailing a scan of their student card or a similar proof. Selection will be done by the general chairs and program chairs. In case you are an author of an accepted paper (conference or workshop), please note that at least one author is required to register for the conference / workshops at the full rate.
