SUB ASCIA… Studies on CLE dedicated to Hans Krummrey
The fifth edition of the International Meeting on Latin Epigraphic Poetry will be dedicated to Dr. Hans Krummrey, recently deceased. We owe him the idea of a new classification of CLE in a thematic and independent volume of the Corpus Inscriptionum Latinarum (CIL). The volume is included as part of that program, since we have been working for years on fascicles 2 and 3.
In the present meeting, we hope to present fascicle 2, dedicated to Hispanic CLE, as we currently work on its final phase of layout and revision. Likewise, the volume, in which we will publish the works presented at the conferences, will be dedicated to him and will have the same title as the present meeting.
