Communications to Congress can be oral or panels. Since the time spent on oral presentations is limited, the final decision on what will be presented as oral communications made ??by a scientific committee.
- Deadline for abstract submission: June 30, 2012.
- Date for Confirmation of acceptance: July 15, 2012.
- Date for submission of full papers: July 30, 2012.
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS. The papers presented as lectures will have an exposure time of 10 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions.
PANELS. The panels have a maximum size of 90 cm x 70 cm.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
- Word documents, letter style Arial, size 10, simple spacing.
- Abstracts should be done in two languages: Spanish and English.
FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING FORMAT:
- Title.
- Authors. Contact addresses. Important to indicate an email address.
- Text. Max words: 300.
- Participants presenting papers on a panel should explain and address questions, with his poster on the date and time they contact the Organizing Committee.
- Please send the panel in jpg or bmp deadline is July 30, 2012.
- At least one author must be registered at the conference.
- Allow up to 2 communications enrollment.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Until JUNE 30th, all the communications (either oral or poster) must send a summary. After the evaluation for the Scientific Committee (before JUNE 30) will communicate to the authors the decision and the session for their communication.
Until JULY 30th, the authors of accepted communications HAVE THE OPTION of sending them in an LONG, complete VERSION (5-8 pages) that will include the previously sent SUMMARY. This long version will be part of a publication (with ISBN) that will include all the communications presented in the congress. Also the communications presented as a poster will have the option to present this extensive version. The long version will be in Word document, in a format that we will detail shortly in the web. We are now elaborating a Word template for it in order to facilitate processing for publication.
