Proceedings of the DINEST: Conference on Structural Dynamics

Structural dynamics is a technological and research field with growing importance. Since structures are being built slenderer, the study of their dynamic behavior becomes more relevant. On the other hand, society requires a greater safety guarantee against dynamic actions such as seismic, aerodynamic, traffic, or accidental situations such as explosions and impacts. The Structural Dynamics Conference DINEST aims to bring together researchers and professionals in the field to share ideas and results, as well as to promote collaborations between different research groups and with companies in the sector.


La dinámica estructural constituye un campo tecnológico y de investigación con importancia creciente en nuestro país. A medida que las estructuras son cada vez más ligeras y con materiales más resistentes, el estudio de su comportamiento dinámico cobra una mayor relevancia. Por otra parte, la sociedad requiere una mayor garantía de seguridad frente a acciones dinámicas como las sísmicas, aerodinámicas, tráfico o situaciones accidentales como explosiones e impactos. El Congreso de Dinámica Estructural tiene como objetivo reunir a los investigadores y profesionales en el campo para compartir ideas y resultados de proyectos, así como para fomentar y favorecer las colaboraciones entre distintos grupos de investigación y con las empresas del sector.
